What is Gallantly made of?

Gallantly underwear is made using Lyocell – one of the most breathable fabrics in the world.

Lyocell is a plant fibre that’s derived predominantly from Eucalyptus trees.

These trees grow quickly and without the need for irrigation, toxic chemicals or virtually any pesticides, making Lyocell a more sustainable choice for our environment.

How do I take care of my underwear?

Always read the care instructions on the garment. Lyocell Elastane is a durable fabric but needs to be treated with care to maintain its premium look and feel. It is best to wash this underwear on a warm gentle machine wash setting, preferably in a laundry bag. Always wash with similar colours and let it drip dry in the shade. Do not Tumble Dry this underwear, the fabric will be compromised if you do so. We also recommend that you do not bleach, soak, iron or dry clean this underwear.

    How do I track my package?

    Check your email for the Order Confirmation which will include your tracking number. Click the tracking number to be connected to AusPost and check the status of your delivery. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation email contact us via the Virtual Assistant (chatbot) on the Gallantly website -  www.gallantly.com.au and a team member will get back to you within 24 hours.

    What do I do if I ordered the wrong size or I don’t like the product?

    We want you to love Gallantly. Gallantly runs true to size (see our sizing guide). If you have ordered a size that is too small or too large, please get in touch with us via the Virtual Assistant (chatbot) on the Gallantly website www.gallantly.com.au within 7 days of receiving Gallantly and we will arrange for the correct size to be sent to you as soon as we receive your unopened and undamaged product back.     IMPORTANT: For hygienic reasons we are unable to accept exchanges on garments that have been opened or worn.

     

    What if it doesn’t fit?

    Our product runs true to size, please refer to the size table  when making your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns when you contact us within 7 days of receiving Gallantly and will refund your purchase if the package is unopened.     What do I do if I receive a different size or colour to what I ordered?

    We want you to love Gallantly.     Are these garments covered by warranty?

    Do you ship internationally?
